One-Pot NO YOLKS Mediterranean Dinner – This Recipe is Featured in our Television Commercials!

Cook NO YOLKS noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles and return to pot. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper and oregano. Heat over very low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until most of broth is absorbed and oregano is aromatic. Remove from heat. Stir in oil, chicken, tomatoes, olives, cheese and basil. Toss gently but well.

Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup

  • 4 cups NO YOLKS noodles (prefer Broad noodles)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed, dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 chicken breast half, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces (11/4 cups)
  • 3 small or 2 medium Roma (plum) tomatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup pitted sliced kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
