Heat oil in large skillet. Gently saute garlic in oil until fragrant, but not brown. Add beef, and brown each side 2-3 minutes, until cooked to preferred taste. In the meantime, prepare WACKY MAC according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Place in a large salad bowl, add peas, mushrooms, onion, peppers, pepper and dressing. Toss gently but well. Top with beef, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
